Avaya SBCE - Download SIP Traces

I know how to capture SIP traces on the SBCE, and where the traces are saved to. In addition, I know the process to change the file ownership and the file permissions. Does anyone have details on the process to use a tool like WinSCP to download the traces to send to a Provider? As of right now, WinSCP is giving me a "denied" when I try and connect with the ipcs account. I just need to get the traces off the sbce and send them on.

If you're not using it already, try changing the port to 222.
