A bit of kit from approx. 6 years ago, the old style separate bit of equipment, not a server. I've never even logged on to one, but it turns out that a site we maintain had one installed by a 3rd party. Nobody now has any log-on details for it, but they are wanting to shut it down for a while. Can it just be turned off at the mains without any shutdown procedure without it losing it's config?

Thanks

If you do not have any knowledge of this SBC, and do not have any login.

Then replace the unit with one you do know. Before it breaks down at night. And then you have a serious issue with the customer.
