Hi there!
This may be a dumb question... but as a customer - is there any reason we would need to log into the SAL Gateway?
We are running CM 6.3 and got the SAL updated (due to Avaya's mandate) but I was wondering if I should be able to log into it to test messaging to make sure alerts are going out, etc. Our SAL is a virtual machine on Linux so if there a web interface that I can even log into and if so, how do I access it?
Thanks!

You would access it to add/remove elements and you can access the web UI via your server IP:7443 or if you use a dns name.

I get page not displayed when using the IP address and 7443. That's what makes me think something is up with it.
Thanks!

CLI in and reboot it maybe? there's some services like "SALGatewayUI" you can check/restart. Not sure if that's the exact syntax, but its something like that.

If you want to remove access to a device via SAL, or if you want to administer the servers settings such as turning on a policy server.
