We have an Avaya s8700 connected to a Verint Ultra recording system. We are experiencing intermittent problems with disconnects. We do trunk side recording so our T1’s run through the Verint system first then into the PBX. We have traced several of the disconnects and they are all on 2 DS1 cards related to our long distance trunk group. Avaya and MCI have both run test and cannot find any problems. I am looking for anyone with this similar set up. Thanks.
