Hi,

We are trying to integrate Avaya S8400/G650 with Fidelio v8 software, it is a first one for us, and I would like to ask if someone here have a document or advice how to integrate it.

Thanks,

i Think you mean to setup a PMS Interface.

the easiest way tis via the CLAN Card an a TCP/IP link to Fidelio, But make sure the client have the IP license for the link to the PBX

1- You must setup the IP of the PC in the "change node-names ip" creen
2- modify the "change ip-services" with the "PMS" service TYPE. the local Node Mus be your CLAN, the remote Node Yhe one you setup for The PC of fidelio in the step 1, define a TCP port to communicate with fidelio and tell fidelio people you will use that port
3- use the "change system-parameters hospitality" and in the field "PMS Endpoint" enter PMS (the name of the service in step 2)

make sure the fields in the page Hospitality parameters correspond with the ones used by fidelio...

test the connection with the "TEST PMS" and the STATUS PMS" command

I hope fidelio have licence for IP connection or can change to IP, if not you need a TERMINAL SERVER to "convert" the IP communication to serial One

Thanks for your reply. I would like to ask you if it is possible to use "procr" interface on S8400 instead of CLAN board?
