Avaya S8300 and Tenovis Integral 55 link

Hi,

I am trying to set up isdn-pri (or qsig) link between S8300 MS and Tenovis Integral 55 system, with intention to network those two systems, but with lot of problems. I tried to find document which explains that procedure without any success. Is there anyone that could help me finding documentation or give me some advice, since this is first time for me to work with an Tenovis system.

you can count on lots of issues that are inherent for this qsig link. I went to this nightmare a couple of weeks ago. Due to big troubles with a Dect R2 sytem on communication manager 1.x avaya decided to replace the dect R2 with an Integral I55 networked through qsig. The final result after 3 months is that avaya replaced the communication manager. So basicly do not hope for anything in this situation...

We have had issues, for example, with call pickup, outpulsing, phantom calls, etc etc

Well, since I don't necessarily need qsig, I would like to setup plain ISDN-PRI link, just to have basic functionality. But, I have never worked with Tenovis I55, I don't know it's interface or commands (german translated to english, but not always..), and engineer from other company that administers that system doesn't have much experience in pbx networking, especially with Avaya system, so I need to know how to setup Tenovis for ISDN-PRI link with S8300 (CM 3.1.2).

Any help in that sense would be appreciated...

I have solved the problem, got few docs from Avaya engineers (isdn-pri and qsig examles), it is working now...
