Avaya ringtones 1

Hi there,

I want to use Avaya ringtones on some of my other ip phones for the sake of consistency. I want to get the default rich ringtone that ships on the 9641G - Any idea how to extract the wav files?

No you're stuck with it unless you connect a 9611G as a SIP extension.
H.323 doesn't support custom ringtones on the IPO.

Thanks for your help holdmusic34, any chance somebody could share the ringtone files for this device so I can load on to my other devices?

Your options are:
on the 96XX> "A menu">Options and Settings> Screen and sound options>Personalised Ringing>Rich or Classic.
16XX> Classic only.

You cannot upload files unless you're on a SIP extension.
With the way they have been soldering the speakers lately, you're lucky if it rings at all.
Not good enough? The choir has a vacancies in contralto and tenor.
