I apologize if I am not posting this in the right spot. I am a computer guy, not a phone guy, but I some how ended up with this on my plate and it's driving me crazy. I've searched all over and cannot find anything. I welcome any suggestions and will answer any questions I am missing here.

Avaya Contact Centre Reporting on Skillsets

If I run a report, over 30 days, 24 hours a day, for a single user, I see their CC Transactions total number is 481. If I run this exact report using all the same parameters, but include other agents, this agents number becomes 8. It appears to happen ONLY when there are additional users BEFORE user 40. After user 40 does not seem to effect it. (I.E. if I run it for 33, 38 and 40, its okay. If I run it for 40, 42 and 47 it's not)

I am lost and have no idea why this would be different It seems so straight forward, but why am I getting different numbers? I can reproduce this every time I run it.
