Could someone plesae help me get an answer to the question?
Just updated our Avaya to releae 5.2 and I am looking for info on 'Chained Call Forwarding' and voicemail integration.
I "call forward all" an extension to another extension that has a coverge path to goes to the voicemail system.
Both extensions have voicemail.
When I call the 1st extension, I ring the 2nd extension, but when the coverage path kicks in, I get the generic greeting of the voicemail system and not the greeting of the 1st extension.
Is it possiable to get the voicemail greeting of the 1st extension on this double-hope forwarding?
