Avaya Recording Management - capacity of membergroup 1

Hi Experts,
I got an issue relating to the capacity of membergroup when I tried to add one more extension to recording system
Recording Management > Membergroup
Error: One or more membergroups have extensions assigned more than the capacity of the membergroup

Please tell me how to increase the capacity of membergroup in WFO!?
The license consumed 20/40

You're using a dedicated extension pool, you can't have more extensions being recorded than there are softphones/resources. Add more DMCC softphones to the "Extension resource Recording" group.

Or change to 'selective recording'

I have added more softphone extensions to Extension Recording Resource and then the issue is resolved.
