I have a cust that is using a avaya one-x quick edition installed in 2006 its a netgear with IP phones and analog co's they say there VM takes along time to get and cuts off callers which program do I need to access,i kind of remember you go throug web browser or am I wrong

I was able to access this one-x but cust has a issue with there vm on the main phone it takes a long time to access the VM the other phones work fine which are 4610's but the 4621 has the issue and can you do busy indicators on these one -x systems
