Avaya Problem

i have a problem in the link between R8 Avaya with S8720 linked through E1 Cisco Router 1751. that's the trace:
17:23:15 dial 8989 route:UDP|AAR
17:23:15 term trunk-group 9 cid 0x1056
17:23:15 dial 8989 route:UDP|AAR
17:23:15 route-pattern 995 preference 1 cid 0x1056
17:23:15 seize trunk-group 9 member 1 cid 0x1056
17:23:15 Calling Number & Name 8151 Ahmed El-Seno
17:23:15 Proceed trunk-group 9 member 1 cid 0x1056
the problem also that the call sometimes goes through successfully to the other side. the WAN bet the 2 sides is OK.
