Avaya Phones - How to display digits dialed during call 1

Hi,

A quick question:

does anybody knows how to display in the avaya phones the numbers dialed during a call, ie. during an IVR session when you type other options or your account number, etc..

I see them in the softphone, but in avaya and nortel phones the digits in the display remains the original dialed number.

Because once connected any digits are ignored, Why? Because that's what goes in the call log/redial list, you don't really want subsequent dialled digits being logged (card numbers/pins) or redialled (might not want the same options)...that's the theory
