Hi there i am getting an error on a clients desktop,
Phone manager
"invalid floating point value error

I have looked at this help on tech-tips forum but it did not work i am assuming it is because the thread is for xp and i am running windows 7.
I thought i would try to uninstall it from the computer then re install, but i can not see ip Office in the programs and features so i am unable to uninstall it. Dose any one know if there is a separate uninstaller in windows 7 or do i have to edit the registry and delete it form the program files then hope for the best.
Thank you in advance Mick463.

I fixed another on the other day in the same way, and it was windows 7, but this time I changed the symbol to something random OK'd it then back to the . and OK'd it, that worked :)
