Avaya Phone Manager iPro Skin

Are there any skins out there that replicate the look of an actual Avaya phone or something more friendly than IP manager.

A bit like this image:

You can get skins but they just change the colour and shape of the buttons not the actual layout in the way you want. Though I personally think the way you have it looks far more proffessional than trying to make it look like a handset
