Avaya Phone Manager error

Hi All,

I have one user of phone manager that works on a virtual machine and when working remotely gets a "Failed to write lock file" message when trying to use her phone manager? When she works from the office its fine and no other users are experiencing this issue?

Delete the .lock file in the %user%\Documents\Avaya\IP400\ folder (search for it) and run the PhoneManager as Administrator.
