Hi guys, we currently have a call center using an IP 500 system. We use 3 PRI as our lines. We have a VPN tunnel to a customers center whom have an Avaya CMS server. We use digital phones and Avaya IP Agent to take calls directed from our customers CMS server..We want to investigate having agents take calls from home using Avaya phone Manager. In my testing I setup a VPN connection (into our call center) from a remote site and then log into Phone Manager no probs. I have made the ext a VoIP one and use PC softphone option with voip enabled. As soon as I log into IP Agent (with phone manager running and logged in) I get an audio clicking noise with my headset. The call stays active but no audio other than the clicking one. Someone suggested changing the RTP port range which I did to no avail..Any suggestions?
