Avaya phone directory

really silly question, but how do you use the directory from a your phone (i know you hit the diretory key)

On the 24XX phone I put 3 buttons, directory, next, and call-disp.

To dial from the directory; press Directory, key in the first letters of the lastname, if the name on screen is not the one you want press Next and then to call that number press Make Call (call-disp).

On the older phones (6408, 6424, etc.) you can't add a next button, you use the left and right buttons to scroll through the directory.
