I have problem powering up the phone. When connected via power cord Power Supply shows green light however when i plugged in the Ethernet end in it, the light goes off, Anyway phone is not powered up at all. I have been using Avaya phone for working from home. Now they have provided this brand new phone that is giving trouble. I took it to our support team, there it worked fine. Can someone please help. Thanks a lot.
