we have installed avaya phone manager 4.0.18 on terminal server 2008R2 SP1. Its works for about half an hour to one hour without any problems but after thats its goes into not responding state.
If i close the application and start again, it will work for another half an hour to hour and then not responding state again.
This is true for all users.
Phone Manager is added in firewall exceptions and works perfect for about an hours.
Any suggestions.
