I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but there is not general avaya forum.

I have an AVAYA PDS 5000 (predictive dialer). The trunks are directy on the PDS and interface to the PBX via tie trunks. The agents digital sets are always off hook and are notified by the PDS of a new call via a short tone. I am looking to change to tone to either a different sound or a different variation of that sound. Is this possible?

Any help is appreciated.
