We had a power event that took the PBX down. When the PBX booted up we are no longer able to have calls route.
The call flow:
Call from my mobile > ATT IPFlex BVoIP Carrier Network > Cisco CUBE SBC > ip 172.25.125.52 (SIP INVITE SENT) > Call routes back out based on rules (back through the same flow) > and Terminates to Amazon Connect
We have no users on the PBX
We have several legacy DID's that point outside the office to Amazon Connect
I am unable to ping 172.25.125.52 which is the "gateway" for the PBX - identified as vgw - which I can only assume is short for voice gateway. I can trace the network cable from my switch interface to the back of the PBX.
From here I am lost on where to look, what commands to use to troubleshoot.
I can see the following for our trunks:
Here is the li config all:
CCNA, CCNP
