We pay for the Avaya Pass Program that entitles us to support and software updates for our CS1000, CallPilot and Contact Centre Manager. I'm questioning whether our current Telecom Provider has provided us with all the sofware updates we should have on our systems and was hoping someone on Tek-Tips could point me to where I can look up the most recent software levels for our CS1000, CallPilot and Contact Centre Manager systems we should have been made aware of (I know we are responsible for the installation costs for any new software.

This is what I'm currently showing for our systems (noted above)

CS1000 Location A is Option 61 Release 7 / Version 4021
CS1000 Location B is Option 61 Release 5 / Version 3521
CallPilot Location A is CallPilot Manager version 05.01.03.05
CallPilot Location B is also CallPilot Manager version 05.01.03.05
CCM at Location B is Build: 06.00.004.03

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

The last release for the CS1k is 7.6
I think release 5 is as high as the CP goes
Not sure of CCM

I thought CCM became AACC? & why do you have two different versions on your Opt 61's?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

sorry didn't see different machine numbers (Doh)

so latest CS1K is 7.6 and patching is at SP6
your callpilot looks right as its just Service updates on top of CP5 and looking at the versions you have CP 5.1 SU 3
for the CCM is that AACC or just CC6? The latest on the contact centre is AACC 6.4 service Pack 15

Keep in mind the PASS program is for software only and your vendor will charge labor which can be very costly. Some of these upgrades are very lengthy and you may need new hardware as well.

Our "Free" 7.5 to 7.6 upgrade was going to cost over $65,000.00 including new sig servers and labour. We'll stay were we are thanks.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Pass" is a complete joke. Funny they want you to pay for this program even though the equipment is headed in a certain direction. We just upgraded our call pilot and they installed win 2003 server which is shortly unsupported. Too bad what happened to Nortel. Not a fan of Avaya.
