Hello,
I have an Avaya Partner ACS R6 processor with a Large VMS PC Card inserted into PC Card Slot 2. The voice messaging has only recently been set up, and I have voicemail service as well as an auto attendant. I called in on the outside line from my cell phone and was promptly answered by the auto attendant, was transferred without issues, but as the voicemail greeting was speaking, the system transferred my call with a ring back tone. I do not know where it was sending me, it was during a voicemail greeting, and there was no hold music, which was programmed to be on during transfers. I am at a loss for how this is happening, is this an issue with my programming? Has anyone else experienced this issue with a VMS PC Card? I sincerely appreciate any help.
