Can anyone suggest AVAYA Equivalents to the following:
(and how to implement them)

External follow me on an extension.
External follow me on a Group Hunt.
NUTRI to route a DDI number straight back out to the Public network.

Basically a DDI on an AVAYA has moved to a different location, we still want the calls delivered on the old number BUT to the new destination - in a FOLLOW ME kinda way...

Any ideas ?? (We do not have any spare handsets, so those that have left this office will have nothing to plug in)

Cheers
Al

on the avaya you could have the extension be an "X" port and set the coverage path to do whatever you like......if you need it to dial out to a remote location, you would need to set that up also.....the other would be to setup the coverage path and then do the "send all calls" featrue access code to send calls to the coverage path immediately....if you have a digital phone you should be able to find the "SAC" under the menu button and push the corresponeding button with out doing the featrue access code

Thank you, this sounds promising (although to be honest all greek to me!!) Will this make sense to an AVAYA Tech ??

Cheers
