Avaya Partner Messaging - System Administrator

I am trying to login as the sytem administrator in order to change the greeting for the auto attendant.

I go in to voicemail and press 0# and enter the password.

The only options I get are:
To change the system administration prompt language Press 1
To change your password Press 5
To transfer to another extension Press *8

What am I doing wrong? None of these will allow me to get in to change the system settings.
