Avaya Partner Messaging Password

One of our customers changed her greeting on her Partner Messaging last week for the holiday. Today she cannot get in. Yes, it was the 1234#. I tried several others, frontwards and backwards. I also tried the basic backdoor one. I think I need a different one other than the basic back door password. Suggestions?

Messaging uses a longer version of the standard backdoor if I remember right. It isn't the 4 digits of the older ones if that makes sense.
