Avaya Partner Messaging 7.0

I've installed an additional outside line (03) and having problems getting Auto Attendant 1 to pick it up (similar to outside lines 01 and 02 which has Auto Attendant 1 already picking up the calls)...just transfers to the Transfer Return Extension after 6 rings or so?!?!

Any help would be appreciated...I'm at my wits end.

#206, you need to assign it for line 3. From x10 or x11: Feature 00, left intercom button twice, #206, hunt group 7, line 03, 1=assigned.
