I am having issues in our Plano, TX site - they have a refurbished Avaya Partner ACS 7.0 release where calls are being dropped intermittenly and according to the users all the lights on their phones flash. All hardware has been replaced and still having issues.
Telco has found some errors on their circuit but according to them they have been corrected. System is stable for a couple of days and issue re - appears.
Any ideas or suggestions?
