thread688-1520412 At times, CO line will not release after a successful RCF call. When "frozen" line is held, I have unplugged ALL stations and lines/trunks from Processor, and line is still won't release. Only happens at times. 16 successful RCF calls will complete, and then it will happen. All lines have been tested OK, in and out, for proper CO disconnect - all is good. Read where someone stated about a known R7 line release problem, and an Avaya Patch that was created to correct it. Is anyone familiar with this patch, if it works, and how it can be had?
