Hi, our company just bought an old Avaya Partner ACS System R3.0. Do you have any tips on how to wired it from the 110 Blocks?
Right now we are using a 110 AW2 Block for the RJ 11 that are located on every workstation. I tried hooking it up directly on one of the rj 11 keystone and when someone calls internet drops. Is there a way to connect the system from our Workstation to 110 Block to Processor?

Thanks.

The Partner system uses 2-pair of wires. If using 568B configured jacks you will be using the blue and green pairs (as long as the wiring is standard wiring). If using 568A or USOC configured jacks you would use the blue and orange pairs for the Partner. This assumes proper and standard wiring.

I'm a bit puzzled as to how an incoming call can drop an Internet connection. Voice and data are typically run over different cables to each workstation and, if you are using DSL service, a filter is inserted ahead of the processor to prevent data interruptions. [ponder]
