Avaya partner acs messaging time issue

Can't get the messaging voice mail time to match the Partner switch. Software release 7042. Any ideas? tried power off to syn, time on phone correct 11/26/2014 time 13:14 message states 11/27 7am.

One of the lead techs will correct if this is wrong, but, I think that the 4th port is used to sync the voice mail time to the processor time. Can you verify that all of the correct ports are assigned to Hunt Group #7.

The ACS communicates the time and day, and day/night mode status by regularly calling the first extension in Hunt Group 7. Check to see exactly which extension numbers are assigned to HG7, and make sure ONLY those that are the active ports on your voicemail are assigned.

The easiest way is with the overlay, then #505-7 and Next Item. It will show Ext. 10, press Next Item to step all the way from 10 through 57, then check 76, 78, and 79.
 
Thanks group 7 10 34 35 36 37 are assign, just checked VM now only off 30 minutes. Did used the Partner Admin PC menu to set time, that might do better.
I'm trying to use the AA to let me call into the system, manual states XXXX,,,,,,, 776 then it is to handshake with my laptop. Made hunt group 6 assign remote card 76 to it. AA does not reconigize 77 any ideas. It does work by operator help, transfer to 76.
