Avaya Parner ACS problem... can't access system programming

I am working on an avaya parnter acs, a system I have limited experience with. After performing a system backup, I am no longer able to log in to the system for programming. When I hit Feature 00, it automatically goes to "program extension 10". Pressing the intercom buttons does nothing. I power cycled the unit and tried to program from extension 11, but no dice.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
The intercom buttons only beep and do nothing.
 
Fixed.

Turned out to be a bad phone. Not sure why it was working and quit, but tried a different phone and it works. Thanks
