Hi all,
I've been having this issue some time now with management requesting staff to limit their calls to 10 minutes. Is there a way i could program my ip500 to limit the outbound calls by certain extensions to only 10 minutes.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
PS I would need a walk through as im a noob to programming avaya IPO
