Avaya Onex Mobile

I purchased a copy of the Avaya 1x mobile license and downloaded the application to my android phone. In addition, added the 1x power user license. It comes in as valid when viewing my licenses. When trying to use the OneX mobile application on my phone, I get the following message: "connection to server required for connection".

Any thoughts on what I'm missing? Do I need to open ports in my firewall??? Please advise.
