Avaya Onex Lite with KC Lines

I have a customer who wants to use onex mobile lite with the iphone.
when i try and get dial tone i get an enganged tone.

i have set their phone up with our system and it works fine.

The only difference is that they are using KC so i susspect this is the issue. has anyone got it working on kC Lines?
