Avaya OneX and CMS Supervisor Tracking Question

Some of our sales reps are going to setup with OneX Communicator and OneX Agent. The will setup using One Voice as the backbone. In regards to reporting I understand it is is pulled using CMS Supervisor.

Question I have is this. Is there a way to build in tracking for sales or no sales. For instance, we have an agent logged in and he receives a call and makes a sale on the call. Would it possible to use OneX Communicator or maybe a feature code to record a sale or no sale? Then later we can pull a report with CMS to check the statistics.

I'm new to One X and CMS, but we have voice engineers that will be doing the programming. Not sure if a feature like this would require other 3rd party software or not.
