Hi all,
we have a customer working with AVAYA CM 5.2.1 in S8400 with CMC cabinets (the old Prologix)with an environment of Call Center Elite EAS and CTI Altitude with TSAPI AES, all of them with call master IV telephones DCP.
We are trying to quote IP-Agents but actually it is end of sales, the option is Onex-Agent. The system parameters customer-options has:

display system-parameters customer-options Page 10 of 11
MAXIMUM IP REGISTRATIONS BY PRODUCT ID

Product Rel. Limit Used
AgentSC : 50 0
IP_API_A : 4 0
IP_API_B : 10 0
IP_Phone : 900 2
IP_ROMax : 900 0
IP_Soft : 5 0
oneX_Comm : 900 0

But seems that no IP-Agent is even available, I do not why.
Do you know if with the agents without hardphone and with Onex Comm will work and will make CC calls with call center Elite with the agents logged in and CTI involved? I think the Onex communicator do not work with call center features as login /out.

We are searching a cheap way to achieve that the agents working in a new and more modern scenario with TCP IP capablities and integrated with CTI but are not sure if there is another way.

Thanks folks!

Avaya one-X Agent is the replacement for IP Agent.
