Its been awhile since I have been on.
I have a client using Avaya OneX Agent 2.5. CM 5.2. The station registers with no issues but when he tries to login using the agent login it fails. I dont know why but the trace shows that an extra digit is being added to the agent login. I had the client manually login and he was able to successfully login into the callcenter.
Station=3461
Agent=0148
I was advised by a co-worker that you cant use a 0 as the leading number but there are other users with 0XXX logins working fine and plus he was able to manually login.
