AVAYA OneX 2.5 Agent - Agent Logout

Hello everyone. Hopefully someone can assist..

We have a few users that when they log onto their AVAYA OneX and go into AUX, they immediately get logged off or when they come back from lunch (15-30 minutes) ,it automatically logs them off.

Any suggestions ? Is there a timing issue/inactivity issue with OneX ?
