Avaya One-X VOIP Registration Failed 2

My system is IPO SE 9.0(build 829), I have public IP that is natted with private IP of Server edition
Avaya one-x (SIP and H323) is working from private network but when I trying via 4G I got VoIP-Registration is failed (Error 16:0) on the mobiles
.I enabled (SIP remote extn/SIP trunk enable/H323 remote extn)
.I checked TCP ports and they are opened, I do not what does cause this issue?
.I checked Avaya one-X Providers and they are available from Admin page
Any Suggestions ?

1) Check valid FQDN name/Public IP Configured in Domain Name option in Manager
2) Check the same FQDN name/ public IP Configured in One-X portal XMPP Domain name and Mobile Client Server address..
3) Check firewall incoming port forwarding settings..
That should allow 5269,5222,8444,5060/5061, and the RTP ports range

If all are fine..it will get registered.

it was not working because I did not put Public IP in Domain Name in the Manager
