have IPO V2 and VM Pro 6 downlaoaded app on iphone iEC500, and purchased power user lic and teleworker lic.. also

do i need to install one X portal on the server for this function to work on the iphone app.

Need to setup mobile twinning on user and define ICR & FNE shortcodes, if you don't understand call a certified tech

I haven't tried it yet, but according to their website it does work on the IP Office.

Avaya™ IP Office Requirements

IP Office mobility options require an IP Office version 4.2 or later.

iEC5xx© support require twinned calls to be routed through specific trunk types on IP500 system hardware only:

# IP500 PRI-U (single or dual) daughter cards
# IP500 Dual or Quad BRI daughter cards
# SIP trunks (RFC 2833)

Users who should be able to use their iPhone with iEC5xx© require one of the following user IP Office licenses:

# Power User
# Mobile Worker

The Mobility License of release 4.2 will also work.
Mobility options have to be licensed and configured through IP Office Manager first before a user will be able to use them.

That app works, have a customer who uses it. It needs a bit wteaking to get it working for EU based. (we prefer dialing out with a 0 or nothing at all).

How is it? Is it clunky or kinda cool? Aside from the tweaking of the outdialing.

It has less features, but easier to use. But that what the customer tells me, haven't seen it in real life if that what you wanted to know.

thanks for everyones response. iam here with the iphone and dwnld app where can i find the fnccodes on the knwelge base
the phone is asking for many settings which from what i was reading it uses fnc codes that are programed on the system short codes

open the avaya manager, hit F1 and search for FNE / Mobile call control.

thxs bass1234, i could make the call control work, but not the iphone app iec500

on the settings in the iphone do they all have to have a DID specified for each setting? and create system short code

eg.. icr xxxxxxxxxx destination (*99)
shortcode *99
FNE service

i get dial tone when i call the DID and than call out internal and external. just not the app. why?
