Avaya One-X Mobile VoIP Partially connected when SSLVPN Used.

Hello ..

I have IPO 10.1, and configure One-X Portal to use one-x mobile app.
I have connected it via Wifi with fully connected VoIP, now when move to use OpenSSLVPN, fails to partially connected.
the customer have sophos forewall and open the required ports.
Here is what's I Configured on Avaya Side:

One-X Portal Server: ipo.dri.local
IPO Manager: SIP Domain: dri.local
DNS Server:
A Record:
192.168.1.23 resolves manager.dri.local
192.168.1.202 resolves ipo.dri.local
and create SRV Record for each with specified ports.

what I suggest network to do more to be connected from external side ? is the IPSEC VPN will make difference in connection ?

You need to check that the VPN is providing DNS resolution using the DNS server at the IP Office end. Otherwise it will be using the DNS server at the users end (ie. probably the ISPs DNS).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@Sizbut: when connect from outside, and uncheck secure connection, and set location to work phone, it's got fully connected.
