Avaya One-X Mobile - No audio through VPN

Hi ...

I have IPO 10.1, there is an IP phones located in other Branch connected to main site through VPN, also I have one-x mobile application, from one-x when calling any extension on the main site there is no problems each parties hear each others, when calling any extension on the branch, each parties can't hear other.

Are you able to call from main to branch IP phones?

Try to disable 'direct media path' on the branch IP extensions.

Check firewall settings for RTP ports.
