Avaya One-X Error 19060

When user is using Avaya One-X Agent.
Some of her calls go in and out. The customer can't hear the agent.
The error log show Error 19060 and Error 15304.
Where can I find out what these error mean?

This person is working remotely.
It's happening to about five agents. But not everyone.
 
No. not IP Office. These Agents log through a VPN to connect to the Network.
Click on the One-X Agent to work remotely.
