I have several users with SIP station created in Session Manager 6.2. When they log in their soft phones function properly nut they get a yield sign stating they only have limited functionality the exact error Follows:

Could not download user configuration from call server. Only basic call functionality is available. This should be auto recoverable. Please contact administrator, if the problem persists for longer time. It seems more like an annoyance than anything else because the station works fine but I would like to find a resolution
I have rebuilt the user profile in System Manager and also the station in ASA which has solved the problem in other cases but not this one
i would really like some insight on into the root cause of this error
Any insight would be greatly appreciated
