Avaya One X Communicator 6.2 - Button Activation

When configuring the Onex Communicator for an agent........the NORMAL Button is actively GREEN but when the agent logs in....the AUX-WORK Button not not stay active (GREEN) when the agent logs in..... and the AUTO-IN Button does not stay active as well after they press it.

What am I missing?

Yep, One-X Comm does not support ACD. You need One-X Agent for that.

One-x communicator won't show the Auto-In button, we have to set up abbreviated dialing entries for agent functions and can assign labels that way.

My aux-work button works for me now but it didn't do that before. It might be related to my one-x version or CM version.

If you don't want to buy one-x agent licenses you can make everything work on one-x communicator but these are some of the limitations.
