Avaya One-x- Cannot input any Number to Call

Hi,
i have Avaya One-x Attendant R4. when i try to enter any number to call (eg:7131)it does not input any number. but can input the Letter like test, abcd, etc.... Numbers are not getting entered...!! anybody know why i have this Problem?
Keyboard and all is working fine. tried re-installing the Application as well. but still does not work.
