I will start by saying I have little to no experience with Avaya phone systems or really any phone systems.
We use the Avaya One-X Attendant and I am looking for documentation on how to configure the VIP buttons.
Does anyone have a procedure for this? I have downloaded the Avaya one-X Attendant User's Guide but cannot find the procedure for this.
(it may be I don't have the terminology correct but any help would be appreciated)
