after some long hours I have finally gotten Call reporting to work and one x portal, I am working in a lab and is trying to find an app that the agents can use to login and put themselves in not ready, send instant messaging etc. Like the cisco desktop agent. I have stumble across the one-x call agent but sames like that only works with communications manager. All I have is a IP Office 500v2, VM pro on a UC mudule Call reporting on a server 2008 R2. If there is a agent app I can use please point me in the right direction
